Carboniste 2019 "Corralitos" Brut

As always, this wine is very limited. Carboniste select only the best barrels from their Santa Cruz Mountain vineyards to blend into this harmonious cuvée. The 2019 Corralitos Extra Brut is made of 83% Pinot Noir and 17% Chardonnay and it exhibits loads of orange peel, apricots, almonds, and toffee. A small portion of reserved Corralitos from previous vintages is added back to the blend to create delicate layers that integrate into the finished wine.
