Covert Estate 2019 Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon

This vintage delivers a dark, plush, and luxurious wine driven by ripe black fruits and elegant aromatics. The nose is redolent with plum, blackberry, graphite and loamy earth aromas. The densely fruited palate can barely contain the abundance of blackberries, wild blueberries and black raspberries, lifted by fresh acidity and broadened by notes of gravel, orange zest and Vietnamese cinnamon. Ripe tannins smooth the way to the long, fresh finish of mint tea, purple fruits and mocha.
