The 2021 "32 Degrees" Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant, focused and well-balanced. Enticing aromas with opulent flavors of apple, mango, lemon and honeysuckle. The grapes are whole cluster into the wine press to ensure retention of the natural acid within the fruit. 100% stainless steel fermented, then aged in 50% 3 year old neutral French oak barrels and the remaining 50% in stainless steel tanks.
