Flanagan 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting notes
The nose has beautiful floral notes of Orange Blossom, Black Cherry Blossom, and Rose Petals. The palate has ripe Red Currant and Crème de Cassis notes that are complimented by darker fruits like Black Plum. There is a hint of Sandalwood on the finish. This wine is more open knit than my 2019 Cabernet and reminds me most of my 2015 vintage Cabernet. Like the 2015, this wine is delicious in its youth but, will age beautifully.
