Similar to previous vintages, it is medium to full-bodied, unfined, unfiltered, and using native yeast, it is interlaced between coastal mineral salinity, bright acidiy, and tropical notes of creamy Maui pineapple, guava, and melon with creme brulee on the long lasting finish.
