Longfellow 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense, textured and powerful. This wine is seductive, lush, layered and so complex. Refinement in concert with power – with a juicy core supported by luxurious silky tannin and dark fruit flavors. Cassis, balsamic, plum sauce, black cherry, baking chocolate and thyme lead to a long complex finish. Impossible to resist now but will gain even more complexity and nuance with bottle age.
