Las Bonitas 2021 "The Daredevil"

The Daredevil is a wonderful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cab Franc, and Petit Verdot, deep purple in color with intense aromas and beautifully integrated tannins. Dark fruit medley of cherries, cassis, plums with aromas of cocoa and dark espresso, well structured, with a lush mid palette, a finish that persists revealing lightly toasted oak, spice and natural acidity. Berries are sorted manually de-stemmed and then sorted again electronically using laser optics and using RGB infra-red cameras. Color, size and shades can be distinguished eliminating stalks, leaves, insects and green berries!
