Las Bonitas 2021 Pinot Noir

Las Bonitas Pinot noir Sonoma coast 2021 is earthy with wild strawberry, blackberries, jolly ranchers, laurel and black tea leaves, with beautiful smooth tannins. Berries are sorted manually de-stemmed and then sorted again electronically using laser optics and using RGB  infra-red cameras color, size and shades can be distinguished eliminating stalks, leaves, insects and green berries! Total production: 120 cases Aging potential: 5-7 years
