Jason Dumont 2019 Syrah
The 2019 Syrah is fermented with 10% whole cluster and a co-fermentation of 1.3% Viognier. Pressed to French oak barriques for a 20-month élevage with a restrained percentage of new oak influence, before hand bottled unfined and unfiltered.
"Smoked wild game, liquid violets, blue and black fruits, currants, and intense licorice. The whole cluster influence is evident, offering fine grain tannings that carry the wines long, intellectually complex finish."
