Surh Cellars 2020 Pamplemousse Sauvignon Blanc

Here is another Pamplemousse much like the past in that it is high toned, laser focused with a touch of creaminess. White flower, grassy, meyer lemon, grapefruit and a touch of ginger come through in a clean, pure fruit finish. At colder temperature the wine shows much more laser like finish as your lips come together. As it warms up, it is more textured and creamy. We believe this can age sneaky well as our past Pamplemousses continue to gain complexity in the bottle. An afternoon sip of this will have you grazing in no time with grapes, nuts, cheese, smoked fish, etc. Oops, there goes your dinner.
