Boasts a deep purple – almost black – color; notes of caramel, dried herb, and spicey, charred vanilla oak are bound by a highly structured palate of firm tannins and a lasting finish. Try it with beef short ribs or braised beef; will cellar well for 15-20 years. 428 cases produced.
