Tournesol 2023 Rosé

Tournesol Rosé is made from 100% Grenache. It is cultivated and harvested specifically for this rosé, picked at lower brix and vinified using a whole cluster, direct press style. This process yields a rosé of unmatched elegance and grace with depth, aroma, and subtle complexity. This Grenache is well suited to the prized red gravely clay loam soils, and the classic warm days and cool night of Dry Creek result in bright, fresh fruit that achieves ripeness while preserving acid and tannin for a spectacular and sophisticated rosé.
