The must was co-fermented in open top French oak barrels, marrying the oak and fruit aromas and flavors from day one. Aromas of Plum, cherry & Blackberry, lead into flavors of toasted oak, violet, dried herbs and sage. The wine's tannin structure seamlessly meshes with the dense full-bodied mouthfeel that coats your palate and lingers for 45 seconds.
