Lemony/straw-hued upon inspection, our 2022 vintage is a study in New World fruit and technique paying tribute to Old World intentions. Fresh, lively, and inviting, the wine’s nose is fragrant with Golden Delicious apple, citrus and suggestions of tropical fruit. The attack is playful and coy, to unassumingly announce its story that unfolds with charm and delight. Juicy, layered and light on its feet, the mid-palate conforms to the winemaker’s ambition of creating a wine, whose hallmarks of delightful complexity, balance, weight and acidity can be admired, but are not easily duplicated.
