The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dense, concentrated mountaintop Cabernet Sauvignon that would benefit from bottle age. Cassis, blackberry, blueberry, sage notes reveal a young, ripe but powerful wine from small intense berries. It’s full bodied with impenetrable depth in its youth with a long finish, so try it over two days to see its potential. We think it is a wine for special occasions, but any Tuesday with someone you love would work just as well.
