The 2021 vintage of Sauvignon Blanc from the McGah Family Vineyard is among the most elegant and aromatic we have ever seen. Graceful, round, poised and complex, the wine offers ripeness and finesse in perfect balance. The nose opens with rich guava and white flower aromas layered with notes of cool slate, toast, and tropical caramel. The palate bursts with juicy pineapple and key lime character, the sweet citrus blending seamlessly with fragrant chords of allspice, cloves, and lemon zest. A backbone of bright acidity structures the wine’s soft, full texture, and energizes the long finish of golden kiwi, young coconut, and warm baking spice.
