Beautifully round on entry and layered with pure fruit flavors redolent of yellow apple, pear, and ripe peach, with nuances of apricot cream and honeysuckle, all framed by rich textures, satiny tannins, and elegant baking spices from fermentation and aging in oak. All this is supported by zesty, mouthwatering acidity, which carries through on a long, mineral-driven finish.
