Surh Cellars 2023 Mosaique
Tasting notes
Since 2017, the Mosaiques have been Cabernet Sauvignon based. Dark and opaque with blackberry, black cherry notes. Fresh acidity and noticeable tannins make this a good candidate for a few years of cellaring. The wine feels old-school, and a bit wild. With aeration, it slowly fills out to show a complex, plush and full-bodied blend.
